Milk Glass and Andy Warhol

A quick trip to my local Goodwill resulted in this wonderful milk glass ashtray by Anchor Hocking. It was only .99 with 50% off. I'd say I got a great deal!

During the same trip, I found this melamine plate featuring an Andy Warhol design. Also .99 plus %50 off. A great addition to my collection.

Another day, another piece of Pyrex!

Just a small Butterprint refrigerator dish for $2.99! Now I just need one more.

It's been a thrifty week, so far!

My daughter just started preschool. My emotions are running high, and the best way I know to get my mind off the fact that my baby is becoming a little girl, is to go shopping at thrift stores. I love going to thrift stores! It's one of my favorite pastimes, and I love the fact that you never know what you're going to find.

Lately, my priority has been to find craft related items for my various projects, but I've always got my eye out for vintage Pyrex pieces and gently worn converse. This week has been especially productive in those areas. So far this week, I've found two pieces of Pyrex, one segmented Glasbake oven dish, and a pair or converse. I'm super happy and would love for you to check out my recent acquisitions.
